Shipping and Returns
UK Mainland Delivery:
Orders will normally be shipped the next working day (Monday - Friday) via Royal Mail or a courier such as Yodel, DPD, with a signed-for delivery.
A flat-rate charge of £4.50 Postage and Packaging will be charged per order for weight up to 2kg. Where items are heavy in weight (2kg and over), there will be an increased P&P charge of £6.95 per order.
UK - Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands Delivery, Northern Ireland:
Postage and Packing costs are determined by the total weight of the order, and will be calculated at the checkout page (which may differ from the standard UK Mainland rates as stated above). As far as possible, we will post using a signed-for service.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to the EU due to uncertainty over post-Brexit rules.

Rest of the World Delivery:
Please contact us for a quote regarding Postage and Packing costs, which will be determined by the total weight of the order (we may not be able to post certain items due to export/import restrictions). As far as possible, we will post using a signed-for service. The delivery timescale is usually 7-10 working days for Europe (10-14 days for 'Rest of the World').
Customers outside of the UK are responsible for paying any import tax and duties, and are therefore advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return within 14 days of receipt of the item. We will provide you with instructions on how to return items from your order.
Items should be returned to us within 30 days from the date on which you received your order.
Please ensure that your returned goods are unused and in the packaging provided with the product at the point of sale, including any accessories, brochures, manuals, guarantees or warranties that came with the product.
Once your goods are returned to us, we will check them and process your refund for the item(s) within 2 working days.
For items that you return, postage costs for items returned must be paid by you and are non-refundable.
Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return, and we therefore strongly suggest that you take out appropriate insurance with the shipping company.
Items that have been personalised (eg engraving on an item), and personal care products may not be returned (unless faulty).
